F/A-18 Super Hornet

The Military Freefall School, part of the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, is a joint forces training school covering all aspects of military freefall parachuting in three courses -- basic, jumpmaster and advanced military freefall. These classes teach students to use HALO (high altitude-low opening) and HAHO (high altitude-high opening) parachuting techniques and include platform, hands-on and actual parachute operations. The MFFS continues to use a vertical wind tunnel at Fort Bragg, N.C., for initial freefall training.
