Would you like to be a part of the 2020 Yuma Airshow? We’re always interested in new volunteer talent. Volunteers are the key component to a successful event and we invite you to take part in bringing the best possible Yuma Airshow to the Yuma Community.

Requirements

Age: Minimum 18 and up.

Guidelines: Depending on the station that you are assigned you may be required to lift or move items. For example — cases of drinks, water, ice, tables, chairs, etc. You must be able to stand for a period of time and be able to perform duties in the outdoors.

Expectation: Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves professionally, speak respectfully to each other and our air show patrons. We ask that you arrive on time (as directed by Volunteer Coordinator), be conscientious and helpful.

Important Dates:

Tuesday, March 3rd, 2020 - Yuma Airshow Volunteer Orientation LOCATION TBD - 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Wednesday, March 4th, 2020 - Yuma AIrshow Volunteer Orientation LOCATION TBD- 9:00 am - 10:30 am

Volunteer Shifts:


Friday, March 13th, 2020 - Yuma Airshow Twilight Show
3:30 pm - 9:00 pm | Lunch will be served from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm


Saturday March 14th, 2020 - Yuma Airshow Day Show 
Morning Shift: 7:00 am - 12:00 pm 
Afternoon Shift: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Lunch will be served from 10:30 am - 1:00 pm
If you are assigned to the Afternoon shift, please expect to come in at 10:30 am to eat lunch first, and at 11:00 am when your shift starts, the transition between shifts will start and at 12:00 pm, you will relieve the morning shift to their lunch break. 

Dates and times are subject to change. Volunteers will be notified of any change by the Volunteer Coordination Team.
